If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the date the item is shipped.  All products must be returned as you received them. If your item was damaged or incorrect, include a note explaining the problem in the return package. Please remember that shipping and handling is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item. Caliber Montessori Supplies will not be responsible for return postage unless an incorrect item was shipped.  In the case of a return, please send materials back in their original packaging to our company address.  Please note a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for returned items.
