What are your materials made out of? Is the paint used non-toxic?
Our Montessori wooden materials are made out of high quality solid beech wood. Only non- toxic paints are used on our products.
How are you able to provide such low prices?
The reason why our supplies are so affordable is because we work very closely with our manufacturer of Montessori materials in China. We order large quantities of materials in exchange for lower wholesale prices. As a result, we are able to transfer the savings onto our customers without the same markup of other online stores. We do NOT sacrifice quality for lower price, we pride ourselves on providing high caliber Montessori materials.
Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Yes, we ship internationally. There is a special shipping rate for international purchasers to click on the checkout screen. International purchasers can also pay in another currency besides USD by checking out through Paypal.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
The "add to cart" button is on the product description page. However, it is all the way to the right of the page, therefore, some customers have trouble finding it because their web browser screen is not as big as the website page. Simply scroll the screen to the right hand side and you should see the "add to cart" button.
Do you supply Montessori materials to distributors?
Yes, we are currently looking for domestic and international distributors. If you are interested in becoming a distributor for Caliber Montessori, please send an e-mail to edmedina@calibermontessori.com.
How long does shipping usually take?
Depending on the size of your order and your location, shipping usually takes about 4-10 days. A confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped from our warehouse.

You're out of stock for an item that I want, what can I do?
First of all, we apologize for running out of inventory for some of our most popular items, our prices and quality have attracted many smart consumers such as yourselves. Second, don't worry. While some things are temporarily out of stock, we are making our factory work overtime to produce more inventory. You can add yourself to our mailing list by e-mailing support@calibermontessori.com with the heading "Add me to mailing list" and as soon as we refill our inventory, we'll notify you via e-mail.
I placed an order but you sent me a payment request anyway, what is that for?
All of our payments (even credit card payments) are processed through paypal (www.paypal.com).
Although sometimes you may have reached a "payment successfully completed" web page, for some technical reason the charge may not have gone through to your credit card. We manually check each order and send payment requests for credit cards that were not charged correctly. It will not result in a double charge, you need to simply use the same method that you paid with, and as soon as the payment clears we will ship your order.
